BABY BEAVER UPDATE:

Back in July, we posted a video of a baby beaver, appx 4 weeks old, that was found but should have been left alone as mom was not far away. Well, that baby beaver is growing like a weed! Here are a few updated photos taken by our resident photographer, Dana Giron.

WANTED: Since the beaver cannot be released yet, if anyone could donate clippings (twigs and branches) from crabapple, apple, pear, hickory or willow trees we could sure use them for this little guy! Please call me at 330-745-2947 if you do. Thank you – Fran

REMEMBER: Please don’t be too hasty to assume a baby is an orphan. Mother is often close by and out of sight watching her babies or off looking for food.
